You've built the life everyone else wants. So why doesn't it feel good?

Jack works 1:1 and in small groups with founders, leaders, and high performers who've achieved more than most people dream of — and still feel like something fundamental is missing. This isn't therapy. This isn't a motivation hack. It's a complete rewiring of how you relate to your own ambition.

Testimonials

“Jack has a level of insight and self-awareness that is rare. In our coaching session, he was an exceptional listener who held space for my experience with genuine presence and empathy. He asked thoughtful, intuitive questions that encouraged meaningful reflection. His positivity is grounded and authentic, and it is genuinely contagious. Being coached by Jack feels both supportive and energizing. During a transitional season in my life, his insights helped me feel more grounded and inspired to move forward.”

-Jess Pruddhomme, Host of the Great Detour Podcast

“He has a natural ability to inspire confidence, uphold others in their process, and help them see what is possible without bypassing the reality of where they are. This kind of presence is critical in a coaching relationship, and Jack embodies it with ease.”

For all my life, I thought that once I got something, I would be fulfilled. Thanks to Jack, I’m in the process of understanding that that’s not how it works.  I thought that working on the result would give me fulfillment. All that actually does is convinces myself that I was fulfilled not actually being fulfilled

“Jack is intrinsically kind-hearted, deeply curious, and genuinely invested in helping others step into more empowered and aligned versions of themselves. It is clear that he deeply believes in people and their capacity to grow. He is already an excellent coach with a natural leadership presence, and I have no doubt he is just getting started.”

You already know something is off.

You've done the hard things. You've built the company, hit the numbers, earned the respect. People look at you and see someone who has it figured out.

But you know the truth.

The wins don't land the way they used to. The goals that used to excite you feel more like obligations. You're performing at a high level, but it feels mechanical; it’s as if you're running someone else's program instead of living your own life.

You've probably tried the obvious fixes. The meditation app. The morning routine. The vacation that was supposed to reset everything but didn't. Maybe you've even read the books (I actually have never read Atomic Habits) and thought, "I get it intellectually, but nothing actually changes."

Here's what's really happening: you're experiencing what I call Mechanical Failure. You've been using the molecule of more (dopamine) to do the job of the molecule of enough (serotonin). Achievement is your operating system, but it was never designed to produce fulfillment. It produces the next target. Every time.

The solution isn't to stop being ambitious. That would kill you faster than the burnout.

The solution is to raise your Floor and your Ceiling at the same time.
The Duality of Gratitude and Ambition.

Every client I work with is navigating the same core tension: they want more and they want peace, and they've been told those things are opposites. They're not. They're the two halves of what I call Resonance.

The Floor is your foundation. It's the internal state of enoughness, safety, and gratitude that holds you up regardless of what's happening externally. Most high performers have no floor — or they're standing on a thin sheet of glass that cracks every time they miss a target.

The Ceiling is your ambition. It's the vision, the drive, the thing that pulls you forward. Without a ceiling, you stagnate. You feel lost. For people like us, that's just as dangerous as burnout.

Resonance is the space between the two — the sweet spot where you can want the world and be perfectly okay with just a cup of coffee. That's where your best work happens. That's where leadership becomes magnetic instead of exhausting. That's where life actually feels like yours.

My job is to help you build both — at the same time.
